Session Data: Data related to therapy sessions, including audio files, transcriptions, session dates, and AI-generated analysis and skill scores.

3. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the application to:

Create and manage your account.
Provide AI-powered analysis of therapy sessions to generate skill scores.
Enable supervisor-therapist collaboration and commenting features.
Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the application.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate and essential business purposes.

User, Client, and Score Data: Your account information, client profiles, and therapist skill scores will be retained indefinitely until you request deletion.
Session Media: Session audio files and transcriptions will be automatically and permanently deleted one (1) year after the session date.
Data Deletion by User: As a therapist, you have the ability to delete individual sessions or entire client profiles at any time. Deleting a client will also permanently delete all associated sessions and session data.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
